We are a BPO company providing payroll service, we have over 3,00,000 payrolls being manually processed per month. With a view to improve customer satisfaction and business outcome, we are considering developing a solution to automate our processes as well as offer self-service portal on a SaaS model to our customers improving collaboration.
We are considering technology up-gradation of our legacy solution, our customers are asking us to deliver customizable workflows, integration with other tools, mash-up reporting , management dashboard, as well as offline support for their mobile teams.
While we want to address these, we would also like to consider SaaS enabling our application to explore newer delivery model.
